This event was planned as a small invitational demonstration of the Roll Off Slash Bins and Log Bunks with the Cambium RFID system. By the day of the event, the list of both attendees and demonstrators had grown to about 100 people. Here are some highlights from last year's event.

The Innovative Forestry Technology & Equipments Workshop started as a demonstration of the RFID project between the Smallwood Utilization Network, Cambium (from Germany), All Woody and others.
Each exhibitor was given the opportunity to demonstrate their innovative equipment.

Forest Concepts came from Auburn, WA to exhibit their WoodStraw and other projects. They sponsored the sodas for the event.

John Canning, of The Center for Intelligent Systems Research (CISR) brought the "Log Dog" a remote controlled forestry machine. The Log Dog is controlled by the device around John's neck.

A great lunch was supplied by Felco Industries of Missoula.

The Forest Service Technology Center was generous in hosting the event. The Center explained their HeliClaw project for picking up slash from a helicopter.
